I ate pizza with my friends. This is a Christmas-only pizza made at the bakery where I work. Half of it is margherita and the other half is seafood pizza. Both were very delicious, but especially I liked the seafood. In addition to this, we had clam chowder and quiche. But the pizza was very large, so we were soon full. I want to eat a lot of pizza in next year, so I will not eat anything else. I can't wait for next Christmas!!

I love Japanese bands. This week, two of those bands started distributing new songs!! First, Ryukku To Soine Gohan released “home” on Wednesday. This song is about home and hometown, and it gives me a very warm feeling. After listening to this song, I wanted to see my family. Also, Saucy Dog released “あぁ、もう。” on Friday. I actually heard this song on the radio on Wednesday. It was wonderful to hear it again along with the music video. This is a collaboration with Morinaga's "DARS". Of course I listened to it while eating DARS. I was really looking forward to these. Both songs were great and I liked them right away. Saucy Dog has announced that they will release another new song next year, so I am looking forward to that as well! If you have a favorite Japanese band, please let me know what song you recommend!!:D

I got a batard by my workplace. Batard is a type of French bread that is thick and short. That’s why I made french toasts. I had never made it since then, but it was easy than I expect. This is the french toasts that I made. It looks very delicious, isn’t it? However, surprisingly, I couldn’t taste it at all!! I was very shocked… According to my friend, the reason for my failure was that I didn't use enough sugar. He said I should add more sugar and salt than the recipe calls for. I disagree with his opinion, but I think he is right in this time. Therefore when I make it again, I'll take his opinion into account.

I went Komeda’s coffee with my friend. It was the first time I went there since I came to Niigata. We had been saying we wanted to go there for a long time, and we finally did! I and my friend both ate mini シロノワール. Komeda Coffee is famous for serving larger than expected, so we asked for the mini size. I like the fake looking cherries on top of it, parfaits and puddings in cafe. I think it is far from the taste of real one, but delicious. Also I drank soy milk-latte. It was milder than I expected. My friend drank black coffee. I cannot drink coffee because it is bitter, so I thought my friend is an adult…  We made plans to go to another cafe next time. Then, we are going to order the morning set. I am really looking forward that.

   My artifact is an electronic piano by YAMAHA, that I was given by my grandparents when I was starting to learn piano sixteen years ago. This color is a light brown and looks like it was made of wood. Also, it is very heavy, just like a refrigerator for a family. This has many white and black keyboards, but the numbers are fewer than a real piano such as a grand piano, and an app light pianos. This is the height from the floor to the waist of humans, and the length with both arms extended. It can play many sounds, and it can be an organ, a drum, a flute, and so on. In addition, the chair has the same color as the piano, and it is very light compared with the piano. There is a cushion on the top of the chair, but it is a little hard. I made a lunch box myself.    There was an only egg in my refrigerator then, so I started to buy some food. Usually, I eat bread for my lunch. Therefore it was so difficult to decide what I cook.    It was difficult, but very fun for me to cook. Especially, I was very excited to think about the layout of a lunch box. I wanted to make a cute lunch box. That is why I cut carrots in the shape of stars, and I made a boy face with an egg. (He is a character is printed on a sticker that was given by my friend.) The taste was delicious more than I think! I want to make something again.
